Why a small leak never stays small

What to expect during the visit
If it's an active leak, we put a stop to the water first, tarping or sealing the entry point and moving belongings out from under the drip if it's safe to do so. Then we trace the path from the ceiling stain up through the attic to the roof, checking flashing, pipe boots, and the shingles around the suspected area, water-testing when the source isn't obvious. Once we've found the actual cause, we give you a repair recommendation, and if the decking underneath is damaged, we'll show you that too before closing it back up. We're on the schedule Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
