Holding Denver roofing to a higher standard.
Virtuous Roofing & Exteriors serves homeowners across the Denver Metro area and Northern Colorado with relentless communication, strong warranties, and quality workmanship on every job.
Our story
Virtuous Roofing and Exteriors was founded in 2021 on one idea: hold the roofing industry to a higher standard. Too many homeowners have had a bad experience with a contractor, and changing that is the whole point.
What started with a small crew is now a full management team. We build people up inside the company and trust them to run the work, so the standard you get never depends on which one of us answers the phone.
Our mission
Our mission has two halves. The first is building a team that is good at the work, efficient, and reliable, and growing that team from within. The people who run your project are people we have trained and invested in.
The second is being a real resource for the community we work in, through the nonprofits we support and the neighbors we serve across Arvada, Westminster, and the rest of the Front Range.
Giving back
Giving back is built into how this company runs, not something we do on the side. We support two nonprofits we care about: Our Rescue, which works nationally against human trafficking and child exploitation, and LifeStories Child and Family Advocacy in Greeley, which serves abused and neglected children across Weld County.
Through the end of October, 50% of the proceeds from every gutter cleaning and gutter replacement we do goes to those two organizations.
What we do
From full roof replacements to small repairs, we handle the whole exterior of your home, and we walk you through every detail and the cost before the work starts so you know exactly what to expect. We work with every roofing product and material:
- Roof replacement, repair, and inspections
- Storm and hail damage, with insurance claim support
- Gutter replacement
- Window replacement
- Exterior painting
Built for Colorado weather
Colorado sees more hail than almost anywhere in the country, so keeping your home protected from the elements is the whole job. We offer a free health assessment of your roof and install every roofing system there is: slate, clay, metal, wood, shake, composition asphalt, and shingle.
“When I first met Edgar Ramirez I was very impressed with his honesty and commitment to his company. He worked with my insurance company and explained the process and everything he was going to do. I am very pleased with the high quality of workmanship and materials. Both Edgar and Jon showed up several times throughout the day to inspect the work being done. Everyone left the yard clean and worked very hard. I highly recommend this company!”

How we work
Four steps to a roof you can trust
Serving the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado
Edgar, Jon, and the Virtuous crew have invested heavily in Westminster, from aging flat-tops near 92nd Ave to newer construction on the west side. Fast response, clean installs, and a crew that shows up when they say they will.
Arvada neighborhoods see serious hail season after season. Virtuous has built a reputation here doing full replacements and repairs right the first time. No storm chasers, just a local team with roots in the community.
