This small company really is virtuous! They came out for a free exterior inspection(and it really was free) and were very honest with me. My home's roof is okay and doesn't need any work done to it. They could have tried to upsell me, but they didn't, and that shows integrity. Whenever the exterior of my home does need repairs, I'll be sure to call Virtuous! Edgar and his team streamlessly navigated a very frustrating insurance roof claim process for us while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to us and the insurance company. Edgar and his team maximized our claim by knowing how the insurance companies work and what we could do as a home owner to streamline the process. It was very impressive! His installation team did a great job on sticking to the schedule even when weather crept up. All of his companies correspondence and documentation is responsibly kept on an electronic portal that can be accessed through a mobile app. Which made the payment and review process very easy and managable. We had an amazing experience with this roofing company. Edgar was incredible — he waited at our house for the insurance company to arrive so they could communicate directly and go over everything together, which took so much stress off of us.
